General Show Topic (for semi-obscure/almost unknown anime)

to lessen the amount of topics that flood the forums sometimes, I'm creating this topic for people (including me), to post questions about anime that they haven't seen but others HAVE saw

One anime series I got is called Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt; now after seeing this anime in fanfiction.net wherever I went, I thought about watching it but first I did some research, and I was almost ecstatic when I found out that Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt was a project by imaishi (or whichever company that follows my next statement), who also made gurren lagann (which I absolutely LOVE until my reincarnation)

im considering watching this anime but before I do, I got some questions, and I would like for them to be answered in an orderly and logical manner

1. Is this anime series both English and Japanese dubbed
2. If this anime is English dubbed /Japanese dubbed (with eng subtitles, japanese dubbed version only), where can I find this series to watch on the interwebz
3. ................is this anime any good? because usually if I don't like the intro episode at first, then its an instant turn-off for the entire series for me

and finally question #4: how's the humor compare to other anime/cartoons/real life situations; does it contain humor that makes you instantly **** your pants in laughter, is it bland as some corporate business men's humor, or is it *insert missing statement here*

I've heard of the show but i can only think of one person who has possibly seen it, i'll ask him about it sometime soon. as to english dub/ japanese subbed odds are its only japanese with subs. ifit IS eng dub check justdubs.net
