I did get the Xbox figured out when I got back. Wasn't a big deal but yeah, the power supply around there was fairly iffy. Just finished another one yesterday too!

Gabe, if you wrote up a Xbox fixing How-To I'd be glad to publish it on the main site, or link to yours if you have one.

I may have to go next year. By then, I ought to have at least one of my half-finished portables done. The big kicker will depend on what weekend it is. I can't take certain weekends off.

Wow, looks like you all had a really good time. I'll be there next year I hope as long as it doesn't interfere with me taking the regents/SAT. I'll probably have my N64p done by then too!
I haven't been here in awhile, and looking back it's one of the worst ideas I ever had. I'm back and I'll be here for awhile, I was quite active 1 year ago and I hope to become that again.

Pity it wasn't held in England; I might have gone along for the day if I could have!

I went to the show with nothing more then the parts for a supergun, and the controls were barely usable. But if anyone was watching, I was able to have a MVS setup with a computer AT power supply, and controls in less then 1 hour.

So bring you're project, and finish it either at the booth or in the hotel. I'm sure the guys would be willing to share the toilet so you can do some soldering.

well, i don't find that amusing by any means. can 2 girls simply not be friends anymore?

edit: it's things like this why i took such a long break from this forum. i'd like to not need to do so again.
