If you're making a portable you probably need something to watch it on. (Unless you want to guess what's happening in the game, but I wouldn't advise that) Anyway, this forum is your "Hacking a pocket TV/screen" one-stop solution. Share your experiences and knowledge here.

360 screens
Post

Anyone have any suggestions for a xbox360 screen besides the westinghouse that Ben used.
I've been searching everywhere and can't find that one. I've seen some that i think might work but i'm kinda nervous about getting something that might be a nightmare to hack.
The only 17s that i can find now don't have the built in speakers, is there a way to run your own independent speaker system?

Yes, an independent speaker system is easy! Do some searching for building an "audio amp" - I'll bet you can find some cool stuff that'll work for you.
As for a good screen that size, I dunno...

for my xbox laptop i decided to use a hans-g 17" model. I think it cost me around 200 bucks, but it might have some rebates out right now if you can find one at abc warehouse.
