Im guessing thats an emulator type thing. Looks like a really weak computer that is running an SNES emulator. Anyway, what do I know?

thats a cool idea. I might use that idea and make a kinda of machine that has PSx, SNES, N64, NES, and PS2 emulator on it and does that same thing. Except with a HD so I can save games.
