So This is my project. I realize I've been pretty shaky about the whole thing. I usually just post links to images with no info. I know I said I was going to quit last year, but I did not! I returned in December, and I have practically completed it! Give me you reviews! I've fried 1 of everything, and I even bought another case and re-did that. It's been so much work and the budget has been expanded so much, but it's whatever. Here ya go!
This is the face of the case. Pretty proud of the case overall.
Top. For my new buttons.
Volume amp with volume control tact switches and headphone jack.
controller board
It works!

Nice! Good to see some portable action happening

It's a tiny little audio amp from eBay I got for 7 bucks. It came with some pretty awful speakers but then I put on some DS speakers. It's decent now.

I actually made a case with a d-pad. But with everything else in the case, and if you don't want to ruin the start and select spots, there's not much room. It would've just made it a lot harder for me.

A little update: I just bought a dpdt switch and when it arrives I'm sending it off to bud and he's gonna wire up the power. After that all I'll have to do is assemble it!

Well I got it back from bud. He did good work. The joystick doesn't work, so I bought a new GameCube controller. Hopefully I'll get it to work, and the be completely finished!
I have 2 7.4V 2500 mAh Li-ions. I'm pretty sure that they're Sony brand. Can anyone tell me how long it will take to charge them? or how long they'll last

no it's not fried, you just overheated the copper, follow the traces to the missing pads and solder to those
