Can I use a original 64 controller to GC analog stick or not

Includes but not limited to: SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Gear and I guess the Virtual Boy.

some guy made a program for a PIC that allows you to use one on the original controller, don't remember where it was that i saw this though :?

I'm actually in the process of trying to write a program for a chip that will allow you to use a control stick with pots on an original N64 controller.
