Can I use the Analog shown Stick Mod as shown Here On a 3 button Genesis controller an a Genesis 2?
P.s Its for a portable...(Dont tell anyone.Image)

It looks like it will work. There are only four contacts on the Genesis d-pad. I haven't tried it, though.

How did it not work? According to that link, it looks like it will work on anything with four buttons, and the Genesis controller board has four buttons.

You probably screwed something up. In any case it's pretty much pointless. People seem to think that replacing a d-pad with a joystick will magically give analog control. It doesn't. In fact, it's even worse than a d-pad.

never mind it dosn't work go ahead try for yourself. I was sad when saw sonic walking to the right without touching the joystick. :(
