Im doing a led mod on a ps1 screen, I know that you use 3 leds and a 22 ohm resistor . But Im not putting in 7.5v, Im putting in 9.6v so what size resistor do I need..

why not draw from the 7805?

Acuallyu since your running it on the 7805 its the same if you put in 9.6 or 7.2. Hope this helps.
