Hello,
This is the third Retro Duo system I have been through.
The first one had a SNES side static audio problem.
The second; the NES cartridge connector wore out
a few weeks after I was a sent a replacement.
Now, it seems the the NES cartridge connector
is wearing out once again. It appears to be
very cheaply made. Especially compared to
the NES cartridge connector found in the
FC Twin and the FC Dual.
I still have my older FC Dual, but the video
quality is not as good as that of the Retro Duo.
I would like to know if anyone knows of a source
of an NES compatible cartridge connector that
I could use to replace the original one in the
Retro Duo. I'd also like to know if anyone
has done something similar before.
Thanks in advance.
Replacing Retro Duo NES cartridge connector?

Re: Replacing Retro Duo NES cartridge connector?
an official connector will work just fine. you might have to remove any screw mounts it has for it to fit though.
do you still have your 2nd RD? the one that also had the NES cartrage problem? I'd be interested in buying it if your interested in selling it
