nes all in one help

I want to build a nes portable, but i want to be able to have all the games inside to play which ever. able to connect to the pc to upload games and take games out. i seen it done with the nes cartridge. Was wondering everything I will need to make this happened? i was think i putting it all in a gameboy case or game gear have not decide yet.

From what I saw there was a mp3 player that could play movies, music, and nes games. Look up pmp slide on ebay.
