Super Joy with 13 pins? Can someone help?

Edit: Sorry I meant to say I am curious about a pinout.

I was given this Super Joystick about a year ago,
it was assumed to be broken since it never displayed
while hooked up. I noticed a extra switch that I never
saw on my other SJ. Here is pic.

And here is the pic of the board.

When I flipped the switch. it worked. I assumed it might be NTSC/PAL
all in one! But I am going to install it into a empty NES console to
revive the love of old school gaming. Can I have some help please?

I can get higher res photos if necessary,

the switch was just to enable/disable the on board games.
