Ok so i did the ben video mod where you tie pins 2,5,7,8, and chroma and put a 1k pot on 5 and 8 and a 22 ohm resistor on 7 now my problem is i am getting a lot of vertical lines and as i am doing this for a friend i want it to look professional can anyone please offer a solution.
On the atari 2600 video mod comparison page i did notice that after the resistor he placed a disc capacitor after the resistor and his video output looked very good no lines what am i missing please help thank you

Re: Please help with ben heck video mod
Depends the whole purpose of my video mod is to eliminate all kinds of interference and smooth the image out. Ben's mod is more hackish indeed. No way your going to get Ben's simple mod to give you as good as a picture as mine.
