The plugs are european. You can pick up a converter at most stores for like, $5. Also, they are famicom parts.
But really, you dont even need a converter for the powersource, as most people would power this off batteries instead. (Or you could just get an american plug with the same voltage as the system needs and use that instead.)

Hey I have bought one of this cheap NOAC.
It make 3 week do be shipping, and it cost me 22,39 € = 28,3280 USD.
This is where i found informations before buy :
http://www.nesplayer.com/pirates/familyboy.htm
http://forum.outerspace.com.br/showthread.php?t=61201
The power supply is very bad, it is impossible to be used in Europe (I'm in france).
I made an adaptator with an other power supply, and it run with 9V or 5V (500 mA)
There is 19 Build-in games, but i really count 4:
Super Mario Bros (original)
Dunk Hunt (original and 1 hack)
A sport Game (level select i think)
A Circus Game (level select i think)
Please, be forgiving with my language, i rarely practise.
These are pictures I made :
For who wants to know, I think these is a Pal system.
It is perfect only for made a Portable NES.
Thanks guys.
