Yes it is a small screen but maybe the Longhorn Engineer can craft for his AtariBoy, a Super Wide (like here and here) and that will improve it.

 i actually own one of those for my GameGear LOL

New WIP video. And guys there is a new 3.5" screen on its way. Will look "right" with it I promise. By the way the audio amp sounds great and is less than the size of a quarter and cost me $4 to make  lol

Yes it does.
There are plenty of guides on this forum to help you with that.

Hmm works now. Must have been down for a couple of minutes.

I'm looking at tutorials right now but I don't know anything about voltage or anything is there a really good tutorial on that?

You'll have to share some advice! I got someone to send me a modded FB2. I had to see what the heck I was doing work. Now that I have corrected some issues with mine, I'm thinking of moving forward with my project.

The screen I am using is one of those 3.5 inch pustoms (From ebay... hong kong).
I've got 6 AAs wired up to power the screen. When I attach the screen to and FB2 together... the screen dims. The game is still playing in the background, but it dims after a few secs. There is an issue with power... I assume. When the volume is on... if I am playing pitfall, the screen dims when I jump.

I did not do the the LED mod for the screen... but I may need to. Then again I only have 8-9 volts going to the screen. (the fb2 I still had running off of the wall wart... I was just doing a quick test. lol)

Perhaps I need to do a something else? Got any ideas?

Obviously I am watching your project! LOL :)
