All fans will run at 9V

I'm a bit concerned about your setup there. any specific reason why you chose that small heatsink for the CPU or why you needed to rotate them 90 degrees? I would suggest beefing up that heatsink a bit and relocating those caps near it for better airflow if you keep it like that.

im going to create a single "tanked" heatsink that will cover both the CPU and the GPU
and if i use copper strips it should be good
my initial test was with the 2 origional GPU heatsinks but the test only lasted 30min then
it overheated.
my later tests ran for around 3 hours hopefully when i upgrade the sinks it will run even longer

i haven't updated this in a while (on this site)

This is a mock-up cardboard case so i could set it all up inside..

Hears an update..well its not productive but i was bored
here i am running saints row 2 on my 360 outside in -10º Celsius!
This will most likely be my last post for this project here on ben heck.
