isn't working

im trying to use the game o meter for this game; link is provided

only problem is, is that it's already installed, but it isn't working, so i uninstalled it; firefox isn't loading it so i used internet explorer to load it, and it gave me the option of downloading it again, but it keeps on saying it won't download and it says the addon is disabled.................someone help me here before i strap a bomb to my computer
