Hey I was wondering, if the GBASP can play gba and gbc games and they connect with the same pin connector then can I solder wires from all the connectors in the cartridge of a gba and solder the wires to the cart of a GBASP connector the use it to play gba and gbc cartridges?

If you're wanting to play GBC carts on a DS, it won't work, the voltage the DS output is wrong even if you modify the cart slot, and it doesn't have a built-in way to play GBC games even if that is fixed.

Edit: After looking at the title again this part isn't relevant.
If you're wanting to make an extender for something already compatible with GBC games, yes, so long as you remove the chips inside the GBA game cart. If you're doing something like a GBA SP Mini Arcade Cab, and wanted a cart slot further back to accommodate GBC games you could just wire another slot in parallel (electrically) to the main one to have further back in the case to fit the older games. Just make sure to plug in one cart at a time.
