if you like the shiny-ness of the gameboy micro famicom faceplate but dont want to buy a whole system, check out these awesome GOLD CHROME Vinyl skins from systemskins.

you can buy them at http://www.systemskins.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

or from Ebay member "system_skins"

they dont have them listed right now, so you have to EMAIL them and make a specific request for a chrome skin for Gameboy micro.

Are you playing Pokemon Sapphire, or is that a flashcart? :wink:

I would guess the later, 'cause you've got a rumble pak right next to it. Nice skin, by the way.
If you're getting 404'd when trying to use the links in stickies, try this tutorial to find that juicy info.

the cartridge isnt sapphire, its a 128mb flashcart. pretty useless as you can only get 2 games on it and the save is randomly erased. but i got it for japanese tetris, minna no soft series tetris. as i couldent find the real tetris cartridge anywhere. and i also squeezed herg's solitare, and a few public domain games on it.

its not painted, its a sheet of vinyl that sticks on your console. i bought it from some guy on ebay, but he only had wii, xbox, PSP and NDS skins. so i had to keep bugging him to make me a Micro skin.

You can call Nintendo Customer Service and order one of those famicom faceplate for $7+2.91 Shipping and Handling. I had a micro I bought from someone who had done that for a while.
