I will be using a pc as my unit to run emulators and such.
I just wanted some advive on what arcade sticks to use.

Right well I will be using a PC to power the system and just run emulators on it. Do either of those companies make sticks that are PC compatable

You need an encoder. Easy and cheap way is to solder the joystick to the D-pad of a usb game controller. If you need advice, I'd advise you to buy the book "Project Arcade". Same publishers as Ben's books and will tell you all you need to know.

Thanks for your help guys there is a place near me that sells coin-op machines so I am going to visit there tommorow and see if they will sell me an empty cab

Well it was a big fail on getting the cabinet but I will not give up im going to try a few more places over the next few days. If all else fails I will build one i guess.
