Building a countertop arcade machine. It'll run NES and SNES carts and the cab itself will be stained instead of painted. I've got a lot done right now I just need to cut out the wood.

So you want to make something like this in that they used an Lcd instead of a crt monitor to keep it thin.

No thats a cocktail cabinet. I want to make something more like this except mine's a lot taller right now.

Hmmm, this sounds cool, hope it works out well. I would recommend that if you have some money to spend on controllers to check out akihabarashop.com and look into getting some of the Japanese controller parts. They are very high quality and reasonably priced.

Emulation isn't accurate. There is no substitute for real hardware!
