After I was done with my 2-D Animation Course in community college, I ended up uninstalling the trial version of adobe flash, and reader, and the flash player for firefox and internet explorer, also shockwave player went with it
I went to a youtube video I had bookmarked, but yet, even though I get the Missing Plugin notification saying I need adobe flash player to view missing content, I can still watch youtube videos without it
Do I really need adobe flash player for firefox at all?
I'm doing a full reinstall of the adobe flash player(s)/shockwave player anyways, but I need some input here that WON'T take 3 weeks to reply to; please help me on this issue, and thank you
God.........i'm glad i'm done with finals, new york trip, woohoo!!!

Re: Weird Thing with Firefox
It may have been that the video you were watching had an HTML5 version. You no longer need Flash for some parts of Youtube, and if you don't have Flash installed, I think it automatically will play the HTML5 version if available.

All the Youtube videos that haven't been converted to HTML 5 (there's a lot), all the streaming media on most other sites that isn't HTML 5 (a vast majority of it) any Flash-based games, animations, or websites that you try to visit. We're not living in a post-Flash world yet.
