I'd open up the screen and search for internal regulators, it might work off of less voltage, never know.

Horrible idea, but here goes: Clear / projected screen onto car windshield (like those head mounted visor games in the 90's), with controls on the steering wheel. Just what we need, to destroy the space invaders while cruising down the highway. Now, maybe for something more practical / less dangerou...

Regular toaster NES? IIRC you just unscrew the black cover and pull them out after unplugging them from the board, but I haven't done this in awhile and may be wrong.

lag isn't just a/v, but any delay is still lag. The combination of both a/v and input lag would be fairly badblaze3927 wrote: the main problem wouldn't be a drop in fps or "lag", it would be input delay. which should be 1-2 frames withing 500km but 5frames to like europe

I believe the easiest way would be to transmit av and controller signals, but unfortunately the lag would be fairly unbearable I assume.

Negative lead on both dc sources? You have to connect them to get video to show anyways, don't you?

There are cheap ones on ebay usually that are for gamecubes / etc with rca jacks. Not very good quality but good enough for some things.

I know that much, but it's all integrated in with the internal protection circuitry. This is a fairly expensive battery and I'm not about to void the warranty just for a small increase in efficiency, especially with its current capacity

My batteries are 5V 18Ah, so looking for a step-up converter that can handle 12V at at least 2A
