1. The coils are inductors 2. It's 5V 3. Not sure what the part values inside ECO are 4. Peanuts are evil 1. Yeah, I know... but I don't know their "values"... if... yeah, you can measure an inductor's value right? Regardless, I need to create them, but I don't know how. 2. That's what I thought. I...

I'm sorry, the truth is, even though I have been into electronics for about 2 years now, I'm still not that electronically inclined. I mostly do computer research (praise Google...), not too much hands on stuff. It's a $$ thing for me. (You know... I don't HAVE it. ) I've actually only built t...

Supercharger? AGR? Anything?
I'm looking for schematics for the Atari Game Recorder. They don't exsist. They just aren't out there. I'm sure many of you have heard of it. It's basically a Supercharger. I've tried e-mailing the guy that is supposed to have the three issues of "Radio Electronics" that the AGR appeared in. ...

Do yourself a favor: Don't bother. You'd be better off making your portable from scratch. Besides... you wouldn't want to kill a perfectly working 2600, would you? It's like this: Hacking a 2600: Works as a console at first, then you take the risk of it NOT working once you portablize it. BUILDING a...

that psone screen is quite the bugger! i burnt my finger on the transformer for the screen (its a lot of volts but really low current) And volts are what do the damage. Its just like a fire hose, its not the water or volume that will hurt its the pressure at which its coming out. No, current does d...

Wow... not bad. Not bad at all. Very nice prices, though they aren't new. I can only assume they are more of a surplus type of place. They run out of things and have a very low quantity of USED parts. Best Electronics claims to have new chips, however. (However they can get their hands on those...) ...

The paddles require the .068uf caps. :) Also what model are you using? jr, 4 switch, or 6 switch? Model? Well... let's just put it this way. I've never owned an Atari, and I still don't. But I still love it, and it's a classic, so I want to make it portable. :) So I'm building one from scratch and ...

Which one's right!?!? (Atari 2600 Schematics)
Hello, I'm building an Atari 2600 portable, and I need schematics. I've found three different schematics in my searching. Kevin's: http://www.tripoint.org/kevtris/2600/2600schemo.html Dan's: http://atarihq.com/danb/a2600.shtml AtariAge's: http://www.atariage.com/2600/archives/sche...2600A_High.html ...
