Re: VGA output via fpga
I personally prefer the ones that DON'T upscale http://www.neoya.com/shop/wii2hdmi/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; This is only analog to digital, no true digital signal. 480i from the Wii it's analog video to digital with analog audio to digital 480p from the Wii it's digital RGB t...

Re: VGA output via fpga
Since you added the possibility for GC compatibility with the last board, would this also support Wii? There already ways to get HDMI and VGA from a Wii. Could you link to the Wii HDMI mod? The GameCube has a special cable that is now more of a collectors item because of the limited quantity out there. It is hard to get a high qualit...

no it's not fried, you just overheated the copper, follow the traces to the missing pads and solder to those

Re: trouble with a customer.
The instant he opened up the laptop he lost his warranty. you should of just ended it right there. If everything you say is true (people post biased opinions unintentionally) you have bee nothing but kind to him when he has constantly been in the wrong. If your work is quality, even though you shoul...

Re: FS: TINY N64 Controllers
I think there is a key problem to you selling this; if someone needs your skill to have one of these made, then they probably dont have to skill to solder small enough to the rest of the pins for button contacts There is also the problem that RDC is offering one similar with a custom PCB for $50, no...

Re: GCN VGA Issues
sorry to bump, but I think I might of figured out an alternative; use a WODE and autoboot directly to Swiss (which is 480p by default) You wont be able to access the gamecube menus (the memory cards, calendar, ect,) without switching to composite, and you might miss the boot animation (big loss [sar...

Re: VGA output via fpga
Will this constantly output the same resolution and upscale the N64 when it is on a lower setting or will my monitor do that turn black for three seconds thing every time I open the bomber journal in Majora Mask? I would appreciate the ability to lock the resolution even if it only uses nearest neig...

Re: DIY SFC Wii Classic Controller
I would be interested in one, but would it be a possibility to add tac switch contacts to act as a switch to swap the functionality of the SNES dpad between the analog stick and the classic controller Dpad.
if you make a GC version with the switch and rumble too I would be quite happy

Re: GCN VGA Issues
maybe ask if someone is interested in a trade? people are making PS2/wii portables that can do progressive 24/7
alternatively you can use the composite/VGA switch as needed, it sucks, but better than nothing
