Re: got myself an OUYA
I've got one and so far I love it. Though I didn't really buy it to play android games. Rather to use as a little emulator box/media center thing. Its really a shame that their market/store is not more mature. There's really not many games there I'd actually plunk any money down on yet. I also reall...
Re: Hi!
Most of these forums have died out, it's really disappointing. The only one going strong these days is Bacteria's site. That's a matter of opinion. Just because there are posts made there doesn't mean any of them are actually useful. Most stuff that's posted there is useless spam. Including 99% of ...

Yea, hopefully lots of venting and some other little tricks will make it work though. We'll see. If anything, I'll be able to say I tried.

Re: Button Dyeing
That's a damn nice little guide! I'm endeavoring on a similar adventure right now, though my project is a bit larger than buttons and such, so will have to be cast a bit differently.

Re: Looking to commision one of those ...
Sorry Jeff, I've been super busy the past few days and just now got a chance to reply to your PM. Sorry to hear about your previous bad experience buying, I remember hearing about some of the drama surrounding that guy. Too bad... I like to think my rep is pretty good though. So we can talk more in ...

Gameboy Fusion!
I didn't go nuts with tons of pics of this one as its a pretty standard/simple GC portable. Specs of internals are just about the same as the Fusion 3. I can post dimensions later if people want em. Enjoy! http://i628.photobucket.com/albums/uu4/Ashen12345/1_zps8cf20113.jpg http://i628.photobucket.co...

Re: VGA output via fpga
Marshall, here is the GC's onboard video encoder pinned out: (cred to Megalomaniac from GC-Forever for taking the time to mostly pin things out) http://i628.photobucket.com/albums/uu4/Ashen12345/avendolpinout_zps7ecfbc57.jpg All the signals in the left side of the pic/pinout are the inputs and come ...

RDC's awesome 3DS analog converters + other cool stuff
So yea, normally I don't do a lot of "plugging" other peoples work. However I've been having an extended PM session with RDC about a lot of his recent projects, most of which I find very interesting and useful. So I'm doing this writeup for him to promote his work. Please, for the love of god let it...

Re: GCP Motherboards not working after minimalist trims?!
Eh, what the hell did you cut them with? Tin snips??
The inner layers of the motherboards are likely bridging with the outter layers. You need to sand all the edges of those boards till they work again.

Re: GameCube Memory Card/SD Card
SD Gecko's dont use all the signal pins from the GC. If you want to make an adapter, you'll need to wire up the "int" signal line:

Ashen's N64p
Its all done! Nothing super fancy, pretty standard single player N64p in a Fusion 3 case. Was a fun build for sure! I think I touch on most of the features and stuff in the video. This ones up for sale if anyone's interested. I'm asking a pretty firm $700. Comes with the 64 Drive. I've come to grips...
