Re: GBA SP in a DS case
This project is sick man! I just logged on to these forums for the first time in ages to give a gbc calculator video tut, but when I found this my jaw dropped. Too bad that first version you made didn't work b/c that case was insanely nice, but I like the revision too. Keep up the good work man, thi...

Re: GBA cartridge mod. Need some help.
I have actually added LED's to my pokemon crystal version before too :D And I just cracked open my emerald version to try and help, but the board is not marked with any + or - symbols like a GBC cart... I would assume though, that the far right and left pins would be where to hook up the led's, just...

Help Needed: Pulse Vu 2 Xbox 360 Controller Mod
So here's the deal... I decided to install a pulse VU 2 chip into a clear xbox 360 controller so I could have the blue led's inside fade or what have you to my liking. The only problem is that the switch to controll the modes seems to be malfuntioning. I gained some experience with the Pulse Vu 2X w...

Re: Original Xbox controller GBA SP
Keep the slide switch, it would be nice. I would love to help you with this (give info and such) and I'm gonna buy one of these if I still can to experiment. Kool, I appriciate it! Though I'm still deciding on wether I want to do this, or put the SP inside of a TI-84 Plus calculator... If you do th...

Re: Original Xbox controller GBA SP
Ok, so this project is a sure thing and I should be getting the controller mailed in today, if not then on monday. I've decided that I'm going to wire BOTH the d-pad and the left analog stick to work with the SP d-pad. And if anyone has any tips or tuts on how to completly remove components from the...

Original Xbox controller GBA SP
So I think I'm going to start a new project soon, and I came up with the idea of sticking the guts of one of my spare SP's into one of these mamoth controllers: http://i1092.photobucket.com/albums/i402/EpicLavalamp/xbox_cont.jpg I was going to pop of the Xbox logo in the center, and then make a squa...

Gameboy Color Cartridge LED Mod Guide
Here's a quick little guide on how to add a couple of led's to a GBC cartridge. First, you're going to want to add just a little bit of solder to one of the blue contacts and one of the red contacts in the second picture below. Red is ground and Blue is VDD. The current going through the cartridge i...

Exactly what I thought...crap wrote:No modifications are necessary. You can get a wormlight for less than it would cost you to buy LEDs and a link cable.
I'm not sure if they made them for the DMG, though, but you could use an adapter.

Re: TI-GBC (GBC inside of a TI-83 Plus)
I think I might do another one of these with an sp, but I think you would need a TI-84 for the guts to fit and be discrete
