Re: Official LOB64 Interface Standard
I really like this Idea and will use it if I ever make a N64p, but I just noticed, with this you can also make some smaller portables, and use the LOB64 as an adaptor for controller ports and video-out ect. , so still contail full functionality

Re: power ps1 screen from gamecube
The battery holds the settings, it charges when the Gamecube is on, so you dont have to chnge the settings everytime its turned on, only if theres been no power to the 'Cube for a while. Without it you wont be able to play time affected games, like Animal Crossing because youll get Resetti every tim...

Re: GCP Worklog And Questions
This happpened on mine, the problem was that it shorted and I had to unplug the power brick and leave it for a while, then my video and sound came back. If you still don't have audio but get video though you probably sanded too much and need to bridge the sound line. Hope this helps

Its about 8.5" by 4.5" if I remember correctly (I can't find y measuring tape) so I'll need to slim the mobo a little at the sides. I...

Re: Portable Gamecube Log!
Just a small update, I managed to open the disc drive, and Ive slimmed it down a little bit, but I was having trouble finding a case. I might just go with a project box and frankencase the grips of the controller into the back, and go gameboy style, then paint it the Gamecubes purple. 8) What do you...

Re: AngelArm1110's PS2p - the Kingdom PS2!!!!
Now If only I could get hold of a laser doodle for my project :( Anyway I think where you have the PS button from the PS3 controller, you should Instead put in a similar, transparent custom button, with the Kingdom Hearts crown on it, and put a LED power indicator behind it. Would be a nice touch bu...

Re: Portable Gamecube Log!
I was thinking of having a small cut out shape that glows purple, like the orange on the front of the actual Gamecube when its turned on.
Edit: I could have it just below the screen, and also use it as a power indicoator, so it flashes when the battery is low, or turns red ect.

Re: Portable Gamecube Log!
As I promised, pictures! Now first thing I needed to do was take apart the 'Cube, I did this with relative ease using the "melted pen" trick :P then I unscrewed all the components and took them apart, those small screws were a real hassle and they just kept stripping! BLAAHRGH! :x Now when I finally...
